"Todd and Piper Outdoors of Blairsville, GA just turned our dark, unfinished basement into the most incredible living space we’ve ever had — and we’re officially obsessed! They fully framed, insulated, drywalled, trimmed, and finished out a 1,200 sq ft basement with a full gourmet kitchen, two bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a huge open living area. It’s now our teenagers’ favorite hangout and the perfect in-law suite when family visits. The workmanship is flawless. Crown molding, shaker-style cabinets, quartz counters, luxury vinyl plank floors, recessed lighting — everything looks like it belongs in a high-end custom home. They tied the new HVAC ducts into our existing system perfectly, added egress windows where needed, and even built a hidden storage room under the stairs. You’d never know it was a basement.
